Terms and Conditions
The terms that govern use of this website, its campaign materials and donations to the campaign.
Last updated 6 September 2026
Agreement
This website is published by the Kait Sait campaign for Tim Kipchumba, candidate for Senator of Elgeyo Marakwet County in 2027. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What is on the site
We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but campaign information changes. Nothing on this site is a legally binding promise, a contract, or professional advice. Positions, events and dates may change.
Campaign materials and downloads
The Kait Sait name, logo, brand guide and campaign artwork belong to the campaign. The materials on the downloads page are free to use when you are carrying the campaign message in good faith. Do not alter the logo, do not use the marks to suggest that the campaign endorses a business or a product, and do not use them for anything unlawful or misleading. All other content on this site, including photographs and written material, may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Donations
Donations are voluntary contributions to a political campaign. They are not purchases, they buy no goods or services, and they carry no expectation of any favour, appointment or advantage. They are not tax deductible. Give only your own money, only money you are lawfully entitled to give, and comply with Kenyan law on campaign financing.
Because donations are voluntary, they are not refundable as a matter of course. If you believe a payment was made in error or was duplicated, write to info@kaitsait.org with the date, the amount and the reference, and we will look into it.
What you send us
When you send a message, sign up to volunteer, or invite Tim to speak, you confirm that the details you give are your own and are accurate, and that your message is lawful and not abusive. We may decline or remove any submission.
Links to other sites
This site links to news outlets, social platforms and payment providers that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their terms, or how they handle your data.
Availability
We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of faults. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Liability
To the extent that the law allows, the campaign is not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
